Jan is a seasoned worker’s compensation professional who is licensed in the states of Mississippi, Florida, and Alabama. She has 40+ years of worker’s compensation management experience and is deemed a claims expert witness in worker’s compensation litigation. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University in Rehabilitation Services, as well as a Master of Arts degree in Counseling. In addition, through rigorous education and national testing, Jan obtained the coveted Associate in Claims bestowed upon her by the Insurance Institute of America.
Jan has also been designated a fellow of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, which is the only national organization dedicated to meeting the professional development needs of the claims and litigation management industries. In addition, she has authored a well-received book, “Journey with Jay,” regarding traumatic brain injury. This book was deemed required reading for the Alabama Head Injury Association staff. She is well versed in catastrophic work-place injury. She is a Worker’s Compensation professional that can help guide FFC’s referral sources and their injured workers through the complex healthcare system of today.
